This apartment project was a remarkable showcase of collaboration, innovation, and precision. Our journey began with the client’s vision, who meticulously designed the initial drawings and provided detailed dimensions for each bathroom mirror cabinet. Inspired by their ideas, we explored every opportunity for refinement, carefully assessing aspects that could be customized and improved to achieve an exceptional final product. The project required opening new molds and developing prototypes that embodied our shared vision, which we presented in a complete sample room. Through this stage, we collaborated closely with the client, welcoming feedback and implementing thoughtful modifications to ensure the cabinets met the highest standards of functionality and aesthetic appeal. From the first quotation to the final delivery, the entire project spanned approximately one year and four months, a timeline that reflects our commitment to quality and precision. This undertaking was challenging, requiring innovative processes and techniques. Yet, the results speak for themselves: a series of beautifully crafted, custom mirror cabinets that perfectly integrate with each apartment’s bathroom layout, adding both style and convenience. This project underscores our dedication to transforming client concepts into reality, delivering products that not only meet expectations but elevate the everyday experience.

Challenge1:

Extremely narrow polished stainless steel frame: because the frame is narrow but the size of the frame is large, resulting in both in the production and transportation of the frame is easy to deform, and the subsequent poor match with the mirror will affect the aesthetic and light leakage. For this reason, our design team communicated with a number of frame factories to test and sample the frame and finally found a suitable solution and gave the frame to the factory with the best quality and delivery to complete.

Challenge 2:

The exposed portion of the mirror 3”x48” full in the center was impossible to complete with a full piece of mirror, and required 4 pieces of pieced mirror, partially mirrored top and bottom, and sanded glass left and right. This means that it is necessary to fix the 4 pieces of glass on the very narrow stainless steel frame, and the splicing position can not reveal the silicone adhesive, the accuracy of the size of the product material as well as the operation of the worker’s proficiency requirements are extremely high!

With the concerted efforts of all, the product was delivered on schedule and the project was completed on time.
